This page explains how to report content or conduct on the Mobilyze Platform, how we handle those reports, and the channels for illegal-content notices, trusted flaggers, appeals, and trade-secret / confidential-information takedowns. It supplements the Platform Standards (what is and isn’t allowed) and the Terms of Service.

1 Reporting Content or Conduct
If you encounter content or behavior on the Platform that may violate our Platform Standards, you can report it in two ways:
- In-product: use the “Report” control available on posts, profiles, and messages.
- By email: write to trust@mobilyze.net with a link to the content, a description of the issue, and any context that helps us assess it.
We review reports and take proportionate action, which may include removing content, restricting features, or suspending accounts. Where required by law, we provide the reporter and the affected user a statement of the action taken and the reasons for it.
2 Illegal-Content Notices (EU Digital Services Act)
If you believe content on the Platform is illegal under the law of an EU Member State or of the Union, you may submit a notice under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) to legal@mobilyze.net. To allow us to act, please include:
- a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is illegal;
- the exact electronic location of the content (e.g. the URL or URLs);
- your name and email address (except for certain offences); and
- a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.
We process notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and objective manner, and we provide the notifier and the affected user a statement of reasons for any action taken, consistent with DSA Articles 16 and 17.
3 Trusted Flaggers (DSA Article 22)
Notices submitted by entities awarded “trusted flagger” status under Article 22 of the DSA, within their designated area of expertise, receive priority processing. If you are a trusted flagger (or a body applying for that status with the relevant Digital Services Coordinator), contact trust@mobilyze.net to arrange a dedicated intake channel.
4 Appeals
If we take action against your content or account, you may appeal. Use the in-product “Appeal” control on the notice you receive, or email trust@mobilyze.net. Your appeal should include the content or account affected, the action you are appealing, and why you believe the decision was incorrect.
We review appeals under human supervision and notify you of the outcome with reasons. This internal process does not affect any right you may have to out-of-court dispute settlement or to a judicial remedy under applicable law.
5 Trade-Secret & Confidential-Information Takedowns
If you believe your trade secret or confidential information has been uploaded to or disclosed through the Platform without authorization, submit a takedown request to legal@mobilyze.net with:
- identification of the material and its exact location on the Platform;
- a description sufficient to establish the confidential or trade-secret nature of the material and your rights in it;
- your contact information; and
- a good-faith statement that the disclosure was unauthorized.
For copyright-specific takedowns, use our DMCA process at dmca@mobilyze.net instead (see the Terms of Service). The detailed takedown and counter-notice procedure is described in the Terms.
