Mobilyze uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, keep it secure, analyze usage, and — with your consent where required — personalize your experience. In the EU and EEA, non-essential cookies are set only after you opt in. In the US, non-essential cookies may be set by default, with an opt-out available at any time. You can review and change your choices at any time by clicking “Cookie Preferences” in the site footer or using Cookie Settings in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law.

2 Categories of Cookies We Use
- Strictly Necessary
- These cookies are required to deliver the Platform. They enable core functions such as authentication, session management, security, and fraud prevention. Because they are necessary for the Platform to function, they cannot be disabled without breaking the Platform. They do not require your consent.
- Functional
- These cookies remember your preferences — such as language, region, and interface settings — so you do not have to re-enter them each time you use the Platform. Disabling them means your preferences will not persist between sessions.
- Analytics and Performance
- These cookies help us understand how users interact with the Platform by collecting aggregated, pseudonymous usage and performance data. We use this information to diagnose errors, measure performance, and improve the Platform. Disabling them means we cannot measure aggregated usage, which may slow our ability to identify and fix issues.
- Marketing
- We do not currently use marketing cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising or to track you across unaffiliated websites for advertising purposes.
3 Cookie Inventory
The table below lists the cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) in use at the time of publication. Names, providers, and expiry periods may change as we update the Platform and our vendor relationships. An up-to-date list is maintained in the Cookie Preferences tool (Cookie Settings in the footer).

4 How We Obtain Consent
4.1 EU and EEA Users — Opt-In Required
If you are located in the EU or EEA, we obtain your prior, informed, specific, and freely given consent before placing any non-essential cookies on your device, in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR.
Our consent banner presents “Accept All,” “Reject All,” and “Manage Preferences” controls with equal visual prominence. “Reject All” is never de-emphasized relative to “Accept All.” Granular category-level choices are available through “Manage Preferences.” We do not use pre-checked boxes for non-essential cookie categories. No non-essential cookies are set before you make a choice.
We record each consent decision with a timestamp, the banner version presented, and the category choices made, in accordance with GDPR Article 7(1).
Consent is stored in the mb_consent cookie for 12 months, after which we will re-prompt you.
4.2 UK Users — Opt-In Required
If you are located in the United Kingdom, we apply the same opt-in standard as described in Section 4.1, consistent with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR, and with ICO guidance on consent and cookie banners.
4.3 US Users — Opt-Out Available
If you are located in the United States, non-essential cookies may be set by default. You may opt out at any time using the Cookie Preferences tool (Cookie Settings in the footer) or by clicking “Cookie Preferences” in the site footer.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the GPC browser signal as an opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information under the CCPA/CPRA and equivalent US state privacy laws. If your browser transmits a GPC signal, we will treat it as an opt-out of marketing and analytics cookies to the extent required by applicable law.
Do Not Track (DNT). The legacy DNT browser signal does not have a broadly agreed-upon technical standard or legal requirement. We do not treat a DNT signal alone as a binding opt-out. We encourage users who wish to opt out to use the Cookie Preferences tool or GPC signal instead.
4.4 Children
We do not knowingly use cookies to collect data from or to target users under the age of 18. If you believe a minor is using the Platform, contact us at privacy@mobilyze.net.
6 Managing Cookies Through Your Browser
You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Platform from functioning correctly. The following links provide browser-specific guidance:

Browser-level cookie controls operate independently of the Cookie Preferences tool. For the most reliable opt-out experience, we recommend using both.
7 Impact of Disabling Cookies

10 Changes to This Policy
We update this Policy when we add, remove, or materially change cookies or cookie providers. Where a change requires re-consent under applicable law, we will present a new consent banner before setting any new cookies. For other material changes, we will provide notice through the Platform or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect where feasible.

Jurisdiction Addenda
A.1 EU/EEA — ePrivacy Directive and GDPR
Opt-in consent required for all non-essential cookies. Equal-prominence “Reject All” required. Consent records maintained per GDPR Article 7(1). Consent refreshed at 12 months. Legal basis for non-essential cookie processing is consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
A.2 United Kingdom — PECR and UK GDPR
Opt-in consent required, consistent with ICO guidance on cookie banners and consent. UK GDPR applies to any Personal Data collected through cookies. UK IDTA or UK Addendum applies to any cross-border transfers of cookie-linked Personal Data.
A.3 California — CCPA/CPRA
GPC signal honored as opt-out of sale and sharing. “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link available at the Privacy Policy. Marketing and analytics cookies that involve sharing of Personal Information with third parties are subject to CCPA/CPRA opt-out rights.
A.4 Other US States
Universal opt-out mechanisms, including GPC, are honored to the extent required by Texas (TDPSA), Colorado (CPA), Virginia (VCDPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Oregon (OCPA), and other applicable US state privacy laws. Users in these states may also exercise opt-out rights through the Cookie Preferences tool.
