Version 1.0Last updated July 5, 2026

In plain language

A sub-processor is a third party that processes Personal Data on Mobilyze’s behalf to help us deliver the Platform. This page lists the categories of sub-processors we engage and how to obtain the current itemized list. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, share, and protect Personal Data.

2 Requesting the Current List

For the current itemized list of sub-processors that process Contributed Data — including entity names and processing locations — or to subscribe to change notifications, contact privacy@mobilyze.net.

3 International Transfers

Where a sub-processor processes Personal Data outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers — such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum — as described in our Privacy Policy.

4 Changes

When we add or replace a sub-processor that processes Contributed Data, we update this page and the itemized list. Where required by a data-processing agreement, we provide advance notice and an opportunity to object before the new sub-processor begins processing.
